Colorado Physical Therapy Institute, P.C. is a privately owned and operated clinic which has been in the Broomfield area since 1987. Please go to the staff page for a quick bio on each of our therapists. What to expect when you come to your physical therapy appoinments. Physical therapy appointments combine hands on techniques such as massage and normalizing joint movement. You will also be given an exercise program directed towards your individual needs that can transfer to a home program. Modalities such as heat, ice, electrical stimulation, anodyne and ultrasound may also be used depending on your specific needs. Our goal is to try to eliminate or reduce pain while training you in how to maintain a healthy body. At the end of your evaluation, you and your therapists will have agreed on a treatment plan best suited to meet your needs and one which you fully agree upon and understand. We also carry a large assortment of medical/wellness supplies such as: tennis elbow splints, carpal tunnel splints, reuseable hot and cold packs, cervical pillows, lumbar cushions, soft orthotics, self massage items, fitballs, foam rollers, magnets and magnetic jewelry, vitamins and mineral supplements. All supplies are available to the general public. To Return or Exchange an item If for some reason you decide that your chosen product is not what you want or that it is the wrong size, follow the steps below in returning your item: 1. If you need to make an exchange, contact us by phone so that we can set aside your size or, if we do not have your product in stock, we can order it for you. 2. The item must be in new, resaleable condition. 30 day return policy. 3. Return your product using UPS or FedEX so that it can be tracked. 4. As soon as we receive the product back we will send you your exchanged product. If you do not want to exchange, we will refund your purchase price (minus shipping). 5.
